Leadtek at CeBIT 2005 — The complete Multi-Media solutions company

The Netherlands – Februari 8th, 2005 – From March 10th to March 16, Europe’s biggest IT event – CeBIT, will open its doors again in Hanover. This year’s CeBIT will focus on ‘Convergence’. Digital Technology has now reached a level of development, where new and compelling products open up new perspectives for both our daily professional and private lives.

At CeBIT, Leadtek will express the fact that it sets the pace for these convergence developments on their new
booth at the trade show. The three business units:

• Audio/Video Communication Products
• Computer Products
• Wireless Communication Products

will be combined in one, two-floor stand, showing the synergy between the products and the capability to
cover the entire multimedia spectrum of the markets – home and business, with complete Multi-Media
solutions.

Audio/Video Communication products

This Business unit will show their new products for 2005 and the existing key products, i.e.:

• The broad band Videophone BVP8882 (‘CES 2005 Innovations’ award winner) will be shown in
  several operating environments (H.323, SIP, France telecom ‘My Ligne Visio’ network). This
  demonstration shows the use of Video telephony in the home and connected to mobile devices with
  SMS/MMS and the new Mobile Videophone.

• The IP network security/surveillance camera NSC3610 (also a ‘CES Innivations’ award winner in
  2005 and ‘iF product design’ award 2005) will be presented and demonstrated.

• The Leadtek range of products for deaf and the hearing-impaired will be presented.
• New technology and technology previews will be available
• New products will be announced

Computer Products

The Computer products Business Unit will show:

• MCE certified solutions for use in the living room
• The newest and fastest graphics boards using NVIDIA chipsets for both PCI-Express and AGP system interfaces
• USB Memory and storage products

Wireless Communications Products

• The full range of GPS receivers will be shown, including: My Smart Messenger (RDS/TMC and GPS receiver), My Voyager (Bluetooth receiver), My Traveler (wired light-weight receiver), GPS9532 (water proof, heavy duty receiver) and GPS 9534 Compact Flash sized GPS receiver
• GPS modules for OEM applications
• Leadtek Navigator all-in-one mobile navigation solution will be shown
