ADATA Technology Chairman, Simon Chen, was on the scene again this year to offer his support. He stated in his speech: “This is the seventh year that ADATA has hosted an art contest. I am very happy to see so many friends of all ages gathering together again! Every year, I can feel that children observe and imagine in a way different from adults from their participation in the art contest. Due to seeing these beautiful worlds unconstrained, childlike, and innocent, we have set this year’s theme as “embrace a better tomorrow.” We hope that everyone can contemplate on how to protect the earth and care for the environment through creation and join hands towards a wonderful future!”

Painting contests and challenges combined with the concept of sustainability inspire creative thinking

ADATA is committed to promoting the sustainable development of society with the power of enterprise. In recent years, it has also advocated the importance of sustainable education. Through the combination of technological power and innovative education, it encourages children to explore their inner infinite potential and embody the concept of sustainable education in their daily lives. This year’s ” ADATA Art Contest ” focused on the theme of a sustainable future, guiding children to use their imagination to draw the colors and character of the earth. Children’s theater performances were also used to convey the message of cherishing the earth’s resources and the importance of respecting all living things. At the same time, the contest was held at the Taipei Zoo, a base for conservation, to deepen children’s empathy for nature and cultivate environmentally friendly awareness and habits.

The challenge activities, which receives enthusiastic responses from children every year, had been upgraded in scale this year. The “Taiwan Toy Library Association” was invited to the event to lead children in dissembling and DIY production of discarded toys and learning the concepts of toy recycling and caring for possessions. A booth also offered recycling activities for unused toys, allowing old toys to be given new life. In addition, the “Little Hummingbird AR Adventure,” utilizing the latest AR technology, became the most popular challenge onsite. The ADATA hummingbird drawn by children spread its wings and flew onto the big screen through virtual reality technology, attracting one and all to queue for photos. In addition, the creative Halloween themed handmade challenge was also fully booked. Children used glittering painting and creative ideas to decorate handmade creations in their own unique styles, adding more colors and joy to the event!

STEAM education and charity actions light a beacon of hope for children around the world

This year’s “ADATA Art Contest” also expanded its scope of submissions to the entire world, inviting children from around the globe to participate online and experience the beauty of art, innovation, and sustainability without borders or thresholds.
