Rogbid has unveiled ZenRing, a new smart ring that brings everyday health tracking and smart functionality into a compact, wearable form. Combining artistic ceramic with antibacterial stainless steel, ZenRing takes a more fashion-conscious approach to wearable technology, with a slim 7.5mm profile and a thickness of just 2.5mm.

Weighing around 5g, the ring is designed for comfortable, unobtrusive wear throughout the day, offering a subtle alternative to larger smartwatches and fitness trackers.

Health and wellness are at the core of ZenRing. The ring provides 24-hour monitoring of key body metrics, including heart rate, blood oxygen, heart rate variability (HRV), and body temperature. Its health platform also covers sleep management and sleep quality assessment, stress and emotion tracking, recovery analysis, menstrual cycle management, daily activity, and workout analysis. Beyond passive monitoring, ZenRing is designed to interact with users throughout the day. Its ultra-low-power precision vibration motor provides discreet alerts for incoming calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram messages, as well as alarms, medication reminders, and scheduled events. It can also notify users when selected health indicators move beyond predefined ranges, including unusually high or low heart rate, low blood oxygen, elevated body temperature, and high stress. Touch and gesture controls add another layer of convenience, allowing users to control music, short videos, e-books, presentations, photography and video recording, as well as compatible third-party apps and smart devices.

Despite its compact form, ZenRing is designed for frequent, everyday use. Its 20mAh battery delivers approximately 4–6 days of typical use and up to 25 days of standby time, while the dedicated charging case extends total standby capability to up to 100 days. With 5ATM water resistance, ZenRing is built to keep up with workouts and everyday activities. It also features an SOS function that can be activated through touch or gesture recognition, making it easy to share contact information when help is needed.
