Independent developer RolldBox Games and publisher Jataí Games will launch Alex & Arty on Steam, a colorful third-person adventure where players restore the vibrant planet of Gladness alongside Arty, a shapeshifting companion who unlocks new ways to explore the world.

Alex & Arty is available now on Steam for $18.99 USD, with a 15% launch discount for the first two weeks. Regional pricing applies.

Restore Gladness

Rather than defeating enemies, Alex & Arty asks players to heal what has been damaged. Armed with the Ionizer and accompanied by Arty, players cleanse environmental corruption, help creatures recover, and gradually transform polluted areas into colorful, living ecosystems.

As Gladness recovers, Arty gains different forms that unlock new ways to move through and explore the planet, expanding traversal possibilities throughout the adventure.

The result is an exploration-driven experience built around a simple idea: leave the world better than you found it.

Restore the Game World — Support the Real One

Also available today is Alex & Arty – Restoring Planet Earth, an optional $4.99 USD DLC created in collaboration with Dots.eco that extends Alex & Arty’s environmental theme into the real world. Regional pricing applies.

Players who purchase the DLC receive consumable items that can be activated inside Alex & Arty. Upon activation, players receive a personalized certificate linked to a real-world environmental contribution supported through Dots.eco.

100% of the share of DLC revenue received by RolldBox Games and Jataí Games will be directed to Dots.eco to support real-world environmental initiatives. Dots.eco is a certified B Corporation and environmental impact platform that works with environmental organizations around the world.
