Quiz Night Is Served White Box Quiz Launches on PS5 and Switch

(Auszug aus der Pressemitteilung)

Joindots GmbH today released White Box Quiz, a TV-style quiz show for the living room, on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. The game brings thousands of questions across 18 categories to the couch, for players who want to test their knowledge against friends or team up to win together.

Every question is read aloud

To the team’s knowledge, White Box Quiz is the first quiz game in a long time to include audio for every single question. The game launches with five languages (English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish), so a round can be played in whichever one the room prefers.

The voice gives you a hint

The tone used to read each question reveals whether it is easy, normal, or hard before you commit to an answer, a detail the team believes has not been done in a quiz game before. It rewards the players who listen closely, and it keeps the pace of a real show. Nothing is ever certain, bonuses and a wheel of fortune can turn a round around, so even a correct answer is not guaranteed to pay off. It keeps every game open until the final question, whether you play against friends or as a team.
