Taking center stage at BIOSTAR’s booth is the EdgeComp™ MT PRO-U325, a compact 1.7-liter edge AI computing system powered by the Intel® Core™ Ultra 5 processor 325. With eight cores and a maximum frequency of 4.5GHz, the system supports up to 128GB of DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe storage for local data processing and AI workloads. Two HDMI® and two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs support four-display configurations, while dual Intel® 2.5GbE LAN ports provide high-speed networking. Two RS232/422/485 and four RS232 serial ports offer flexible connections to industrial equipment, supporting integration into automation and visual analytics applications.

BIOSTAR is also presenting the EdgeComp™ MS-U320, which brings Intel® Wildcat Lake-U processing to a compact 1-liter system. Supporting up to 64GB of DDR5 memory, PCIe 4.0 x2 NVMe storage, and HDMI® and DP++ display outputs, the MS-U320 is designed for industrial IoT and smart retail applications where space is limited. Dual Intel® 2.5GbE LAN ports, two RS232/422/485 ports, and two RS232 ports provide the network and peripheral connectivity needed for industrial integration.

Rounding out BIOSTAR’s EdgeComp™ lineup are the MT PRO-J6412, MS-1335U, MS-X6413E, MS-X7433RE, MU-N150, and MS-NANX. Highlights include the MS-1335U with Intel® Core™ i5-1335U processing and quad-display support, and the MU-N150 with its ultra-compact 0.6-liter design. The MS-X7433RE and MU-N150 are also displayed in DIN-rail-mounted configurations, demonstrating installation options for compact industrial deployments.

In the Edge AI live demo zone, BIOSTAR showcases a real-time Live VLM demonstration powered by the EdgeComp™ MS-NAT5000 edge computing system. Leveraging the robust performance of the NVIDIA Jetson Thor platform, the system processes live video streams—ranging from sports broadcasts to warehouse operations—and instantly generates accurate text descriptions of the scenes. This live demonstration highlights the high efficiency of on-device visual understanding, delivering an ideal AI solution for smart manufacturing, logistics, and smart city applications.

BIOSTAR showcases an Edge AI live demo powered by the EdgeComp™ MS-NANX/NANO, featuring the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX/Nano platform. Utilizing the YOLO model, the system simultaneously performs real-time human pose estimation on-site and detects vehicles and pedestrians in road traffic. This demonstrates low-latency multi-stream image recognition, delivering an ideal AI solution for smart cities, traffic monitoring, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR).

Alongside its systems, BIOSTAR is exhibiting the BIW88-AHS, BIH61-AHA, BIPTL-IHT, BIWCL-IHT, BITWL-IHT, BIWCL-PAT, and BIRPL-PAT industrial motherboards. The BIW88-AHS combines the Intel® W880 chipset with support for Intel® Core™ Ultra 200 series processors, DDR5 ECC and non-ECC memory, and four 2.5GbE LAN ports. The Panther Lake-based BIPTL-IHT supports up to 128GB of DDR5 memory and four displays, while the Wildcat Lake-based BIWCL-IHT and BIWCL-PAT provide compact embedded platform options. Together, the motherboard lineup offers system integrators a range of processing, display, and connectivity options for industrial and embedded applications.

BIOSTAR welcomes industry professionals, system integrators, and AI developers to Booth J0603a at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, through October 22 to explore its industrial motherboards, EdgeComp™ systems, and live edge AI demonstrations.
