Sustainability Begins from Within: Real Actions for Real Impact

Building on its 2024 sustainability slogan, „Innovate Today, Embrace Tomorrow,“ ADATA launched a “Sustainability Pledge” signing campaign at its headquarters on Earth Day (April 22). Employees were invited to make a personal promise to protect the planet they love. The campaign extended beyond the pledge, encouraging practical daily habits such as using reusable utensils, reducing packaging waste, minimizing plastic usage, and proper recycling. These small actions aim to turn sustainability from a slogan into a visible part of company culture.

During the 24th anniversary celebration, ADATA Chairman Simon Chen and President Shalley Chen led by example, publicly signing the Sustainability Pledge and joining employees in a unified green effort. Chairman Simon Chen stated: „ADATA’s commitment to sustainability is not just a corporate obligation—it’s a collective, cross-regional green marathon that unites all departments. It also reflects our responsibility as a global brand. We hope to use ADATA’s brand influence to widely spread the positive energy of sustainability and help safeguard our beautiful planet.“

ADATA Reunites with Micron Taiwan to Plant Trees and Protect Forests

To further honor its anniversary, ADATA once again joined forces with Micron Taiwan for a tree-planting event in Taichung. Guided by the Taiwan Reforestation Association, volunteers from both companies planted new saplings under the blazing sun, symbolizing hope and regeneration. The event also featured ecological education sessions led by the Taiwan Wild Bird Federation and the Taiwan Reforestation Association, offering insights into local ecosystems, bird habitats, and the value of environmental stewardship.

Global Brand Month Kicks Off: Reconnecting Memories and Sustainability with AI

To celebrate its 24th birthday, ADATA launched a month-long global online campaign titled the “Store Your Story“ Challenge. Users worldwide are invited to share their most cherished nature memories, which ADATA will then recreate using AI-powered imagery. Participants have a chance to win exciting prizes including ADATA’s high-performance SSDs and XPG LANCER series memory modules. For every AI artwork submitted, ADATA—together with global ESG partner One Tree Planted—will plant a tree somewhere in the world. Thousands of new trees are expected to be planted through this initiative, transforming memories into a powerful force for global change.

To further celebrate Brand Month, ADATA is also rolling out limited-time promotions across global retail channels. Featuring its latest DDR5 memory, top-selling SSDs and external storage devices, and popular XPG gaming peripherals, the campaign offers special deals to thank fans worldwide for their support. More than just a sales event, this initiative underscores the shared mission between ADATA and its users: embracing greener lifestyles and supporting sustainable innovation.

From office-wide pledge campaigns and forest reforestation to global online engagement and ESG collaboration, ADATA demonstrates its social and environmental responsibility through tangible actions. This anniversary is not just a tribute to 24 years of growth, but a solemn promise for the future: To spark hope through innovation, and define progress through sustainability.
