This is extremely disappointing to Cooler Master, a company that pioneered the thermal industry with technology that helped push the envelope on PC desktop and PC gaming technologies. However, Cooler Master respects the U.S. judicial system and the decision by the jury in the litigation. Cooler Master understands that the legal proceeding in the United States is not yet complete and will continue to monitor the progress of the case and work with CMI USA to formulate strategies for the on-going litigation and judicial review of the jury verdict. This verdict will not have direct effect on Cooler Master and its stakeholders of liquid cooling products outside of the United States.

At the same time, Cooler Master will work closely with its customers to continue to provide the kind of customer service that is loyal customers have come to know and expect. Cooler Master will shortly offer liquid cooling products that are free of any intellectual property issues as demonstrated by its long history of innovative thermal technology, which helped build the thermal industry to what it is today.
