ASRock Rack unveils its new product lineup powered by 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, delivering real-world performance for fast-growing workloads

Taipei, Taiwan, January 11th, 2023 – ASRock Rack, the leading innovative server company, today announced its revolutionary platforms now support 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors (formerly codenamed Sapphire Rapids) for workload acceleration with extensive platform innovation, built-in acceleration, and TCO savings. The new ASRock Rack solutions will support the use of 8-channel DDR5 memory and two times I/O bandwidth increase PCIe Gen 5.0 for significantly scalable performance and operational efficiency across diverse workloads in cloud, HPC, AI, deep learning, and networking.

By taking advantage of 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors, ASRock Rack continually advances its server motherboards to the next levels of reliability, scalability and purpose-built capabilities. The ASRock Rack new architecture motherboards product lineup includes single-socket SPC741D8UD-2T/X550, SPC741D8QM3-2T, SPC741D8-2L2T/BCM within CEB form factor and half-width SPC741D8HM3. Furthermore, new launched dual-socket boards include SP2C741D16X-2T supporting six PCIe5.0 x16 and 1 PCIe5.0 x 8, SP2C741D16NQM3-2Q equipped with dual 25GbE on board, OCP NIC 3.0 slot, and eight MCIO for expansions, half-width SP2C741D16HM3 for high-performance dense server build, and SP2C741D32TM3 with 16+16 DIMM slots for memory intensive workload. These new architecture motherboards open the door to new degrees of memory expansion and connectivity capacities.

ASRock Rack leading-edge server systems offer a broad portfolio from general-purpose server systems, NVMe storage systems, to GPU server systems. These servers were architected to accelerate the business transformation by adopting 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
