Independent development studio Wikkl Works announces that New Heights: Realistic Climbing and Bouldering, the ultimate climbing and bouldering simulation game, is leaving Early Access on Steam today. The full release price will be €21.99 / $21.99 USD. A 20% launch discount will be available at release (not yet active).

New Heights: Realistic Climbing and Bouldering is an immersive game featuring over 280 real-world European routes, including Norway’s Hanshelleren Cave and the legendary route “Silence,” offering players the chance to test their skills across iconic crags and experience authentic climbing challenges from the safety of their computer.

Built by real climbers, the game delivers advanced physics-based mechanics that account for grip, balance, body positioning, and hold direction, allowing players to approach each ascent with lifelike technique while enjoying the thrill and accomplishment of reaching the top.

With full workshop support, players can create and share custom routes and locations using a Unity-based tool, import 3D models, and design new climbs, making it a comprehensive and immersive climbing experience.
