New Super Lucky’s Tale OUT NOW on PlayStation 5

Today marks the launch of PQube and developer Playful Studios‘ charming globe-trotting adventure New Super Lucky’s Tale, now available physically and digitally on PlayStation®5.

Boasting crisp 4K visuals, up to 120 frames per second gameplay and immersive DualSense™ features, players will be able to feel every world come to life. To celebrate the release, a brand-new trailer was released showcasing the enhancements as well as a taste of what players can expect on Lucky’s journey.

New Super Lucky’s Tale follows Lucky on a quest to find his inner strength and help his sister Lyra protect the Book of Ages – a magical artefact that opens doors to amazing new worlds! Adventure through captivating worlds, make new friends and recover the missing pages from the evil sorcerer Jinx and his mischievous family, the dastardly Kitty Litter.

Players will experience the game in up to 120 frames per second with crisp 4K visuals, delivering fluid movement, bright, expressive worlds and responsive platforming from start to finish. The additional DualSense™ controller features enhance every movement, allowing every one of Lucky’s actions to be felt as players jump, spin, explore and uncover worlds full of secrets. The latest updates keep the heart and charm of the original journey firmly intact whilst offering a more responsive way to play the beloved game.

New Super Lucky’s Tale can be purchased both physically and digitally as a standalone game for players that have yet to dive into Lucky’s adventure, whilst players who already own the PlayStation®4 version will be able to upgrade to the PlayStation®5 version at an affordable price.
