This year’s “HR Asia – Best Companies to Work for in Asia” had a shortlist of more than 330 companies with a technology industry win rate of only 4%. Evaluation was conducted through corporate reports and anonymous employee questionnaires which included the three core topics of “corporate culture,” “employee experience,” and “team communication.” ADATA won its fourth ” Best Companies to Work for in Asia” with a total score far exceeding the industry average by nearly 20%!

According to the survey results, ADATA’s creation of a happy workplace lauded by sustainable talent has received positive feedback.
