Als Testplattform dient aktuell ein Abit AV8 Pro Mainboard mit passivem Northbridge-Kühler. Gehäuselüfter fanden keine Anwendung. Die Wärmeentwicklung der übertakteten AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester Test-CPU und deren WVL (Wärmeverlustleistung) ist zusätzlich der Messwerte-Tabelle zu entnehmen.
